Refund & Cancellation Policy

At K Aesthetics, we aim to provide the best customer experience. This policy explains cancellations and refunds for bookings or payments.

1. Appointment Cancellation

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp.
  • We recommend informing us at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds may be applicable only in cases of duplicate payment or service unavailability.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7–10 working days (if approved).
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

3. No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Missed appointments (no-show)
  • Change of mind after service completion
  • Results dissatisfaction (as results vary for each individual)
